Useful information about delivery and returns
We aim to dispatch our products within 24-48 hours.
* Please note, custom personalised orders will take on average 5-7 days for dispatch
* IF YOU ORDER FROM BOTH OUR BLANK SUPPLIES AND PERSONALISED RANGE, DELIVERY WOULD BE 5-7 DAYS FOR DISPATCH
At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Once you have received your order, please inspect for any damages or missing/incorrect items and inform us straight away
Returns - We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you just contact us within 48hrs by sending an email to tefsupplies@hotmail.com. Please include your full name, address and order number.
Returns will not be accepted without confirmation
Replacements/refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected your order upon return
